Frequently Asked Questions | Amazon Appeal Help
Can we guarantee your account’s reinstatement?
No one can guarantee reinstatement; the final decision is Amazon's. However, we can assess your chances. Our agents will give you an idea of where you stand in the appeal process.
If you're not reinstated on the first appeal, don’t worry. We’ll keep working with you until you're reinstated or we've tried all our methods, including a form of arbitration if needed, if possible.
How long does it take to get reinstated?
It varies case by case. Some cases take a day, but most take 2-3 weeks. It could even take a couple of months to be reinstated. It all depends on how quickly Amazon responds, the consideration they have for your specific case/account and how well you communicate with us.
Do we offer a money-back guarantee?
No, we don't offer a money-back guarantee since we charge a one-time fee for the whole case. We will work with you until you're reinstated or we've exhausted all methods. While we can't guarantee results, we use our knowledge and expertise to help you achieve them.
What happens if Amazon requests “more information”?
We will continue working with you, providing follow-ups free of charge until your case is closed. This means either you've been reinstated or we've tried all methods.
What if Amazon doesn't reactivate my account or accept the appeal?
If Amazon denies your appeal, we don't give up easily. We’ll continue working on your case, trying different approaches to get your account reinstated. However, our goal is to succeed with the first appeal. Before we send that initial appeal, we conduct a thorough review of your account and situation to maximize the chances of success. We understand that you want your account reinstated quickly, so we focus on getting it right the first time.
In some cases, persistence is necessary, but we always approach it strategically, rather than just submitting multiple appeals without a plan. If, after exhausting all our options, Amazon still doesn’t reactivate your account, we have a Final Method we can use as a last resort. This involves involving a third party to help resolve the issue with Amazon, especially if they’re unresponsive or unwilling to work with us.
While we strive to avoid reaching this final stage, as it’s often unnecessary, we’re committed to doing everything we can before resorting to it. Once this Final Method is used, the outcome—whether your account is reinstated or not—will conclude our work on your case. While we can’t promise indefinite appeals, we can assure you that we’ll do our utmost to get your account back.
Can I write my own appeal?
Yes! You can write your own appeal. We're here to help sellers who are unsure about the process or have had trouble with Amazon's expectations. If you understand the issues and can draft an appeal, go ahead!
If you need any assistance at all during the process or you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact one of our agents. They would be more than happy to help :-)
