Can we guarantee your account’s reinstatement?
No one can guarantee your reinstatement. Ultimately, the final decision is in Amazon’s hands. However, we can tell you what your chances of reinstatement are if you consult with one of our agents. Though it’s not a guarantee, it can give you a good idea of where you are in the appeal process.
If you choose to work with us, and you don’t get reinstated off the first appeal, do not worry. We will keep working with you until you’re reinstated, or we’ve exhausted all our methods of reinstatement (this includes arbitration, if necessary).
How long does it take to get reinstated?
It varies on a case-by-case basis. While it is certainly possible for a case to take a day, most cases, on average, can take 2-3 weeks. We have seen a few cases where our clients are reinstated after appealing over six months to a year.
It all depends on how quickly Amazon responds to your appeals and how consistently you communicate with us.
Do we offer a money-back guarantee?
No, we do not offer a money-back guarantee since we only charge a one-time fee for the entirety of your case.
That being said, we will work with you on your case until you are reinstated, or we’ve exhausted all our methods of reinstatement (this includes arbitration if necessary). We cannot guarantee results, but we can help you achieve them by using our knowledge and expertise.
What happens if Amazon requests “more information”?
We will continue working with you on your case, and provide follow-ups as needed free of charge until your case is closed (meaning you’ve been reinstated or we’ve exhausted all methods - including arbitration).
Can I write my own appeal?
Yes! By all means!
We are simply here to assist sellers who are unfamiliar with the appeal process or have encountered difficulties and don’t know what Amazon is expecting in order to be reinstated. If you believe you have a good grasp of the issues that occurred with your account and can draft an appeal on your own, then do so!
